  • Identifiers & contact data: name, email, phone, city, state.
  • Entry details: entry type (receipt or AMOE), timestamps (ET), week number; for receipt entries, remittance date/amount and uploaded file.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, user-agent; limited cookies for fraud prevention and basic analytics.
  • Communications: messages you send to support, winner verification materials (e.g., Affidavit & Release, W‑9 if applicable).

3. How We Use Information

  • Administer the Sweepstakes (process entries, run random drawings, contact winners, fulfill prizes via ACH/Zelle).
  • Verify eligibility and detect/prevent fraud and abuse (including rate-limiting and deduplication checks).
  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax reporting such as Form 1099‑MISC for U.S. winners).
