Official Rules
No Purchase Necessary. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States/D.C., 18+. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor & Administrator
Sponsor: Banco de Desarrollo Rural, S.A., Avenida Reforma 9-30 zona 9, Guatemala, Guatemala.
Administrator: Hispanic Group Corp., 8400 NW 36th Street, Suite 450, Doral, FL 33166. Contact: soporte@remesaconsorpresa.com. The Administrator is responsible for the proper administration of the Sweepstakes, including entry processing, random drawings, verification and prize fulfillment via ACH or Zelle.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family/household members of such individuals are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period & Entry Periods
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 5th, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period consists of four (4) weekly entry periods and one (1) overall period for the Grand Prizes:
- Week 1: Dec 08 –Dec 14 , 2025
- Week 2: Dec 15 –Dec 21 , 2025
- Week 3: Dec 22 –Dec 28 , 2025
- Week 4: Dec 29 –Jan 05 , 2026
- Grand Prizes: all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period
4. How to Enter
A) Receipt Upload: Make a remittance to Guatemala with Banrural as the payout institution and upload your receipt at https://remesaconsorpresa.com during the corresponding Entry Period. Provide required fields (full name, email, phone, city, state, remittance date and amount) and accept these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy.
When uploading the receipt, participants must either cross out the remittance code or upload the receipt only after the remittance has been collected.
B) AMOE (Alternative Method of Entry): Enter without making a purchase at https://remesaconsorpresa.com/amoe by completing the form with the required fields and accepting these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy.
Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Sponsor/Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
5. Entry Limits & Prohibited Conduct
- Limit of up to three (3) receipt-upload entries per person per week.
- Limit of one (1) AMOE entry per person per week.
- Entries must be submitted personally; the same person may not use multiple emails/phones to exceed limits. Duplicate, fraudulent or tampered entries are void.
6. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
- Weekly Prizes (8 total): US$250 each (two per week).
- Grand Prizes (2 total): US$1,500 each.
- Total ARV: US$5,000.
Prizes will be fulfilled via ACH or Zelle to winner’s eligible U.S. account. No checks will be issued. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Selection & Odds
Potential winners will be selected in random drawings conducted by the Administrator from among all eligible entries received for each applicable period. Weekly drawings will occur within three (3) business days after the end of each week. The Grand Prize drawing will occur within five (5) business days following January 5th, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Notification, Verification & Tax Reporting
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. To be confirmed as a winner, each potential winner must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release and, if the value of prizes received in a calendar year is US$600 or more, an IRS Form W‑9, within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond or to timely return required documents, or a determination of ineligibility, may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate.
Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state and local taxes. Sponsor/Administrator may issue IRS Form 1099‑MISC to U.S. winners as required by law.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name (first name and last initial), city and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
10. Privacy
Information submitted by entrants is subject to the Administrator’s Privacy Policy posted at https://remesaconsorpresa.com/privacy. Data will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, conduct drawings, contact winners and fulfill prizes, and to prevent fraud.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor/Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
12. Release & Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage‑due, misdirected or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property.
13. Disputes/Governing Law
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Miami‑Dade County, Florida. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
14. Winners List
For a list of verified winners, visit https://remesaconsorpresa.com/winners after the verification process. The winners list will display first name, last initial, city and state.
